Background:

This is Rosie's 4th year in the VNSL and 1st year with Leeds Rhinos. She has played for England U17s, 19s and A's against the Australia Diamonds.

Strengths:

Her back and up intercepts, her intensity in attack and flare around the circle edge.

 

Off Court:

In her spare time she works at Graft Haus gym and loves finding new coffee shops to try.

Renae Ingles - she is a dynamic WD who brings a huge amount of intensity and defensive variation to the court. She stepped out of netball to have twins, before being selected back into the Diamonds - a real inspiration. @renaeingles

As newly appointed U21 North East captain, Molly is rising through the talent system both at University and with the NE region. Watch this space!

Her change of pace, her fitness, her ball placement into her shooters, her work ethic on and off the court.

She is studying for a BSc in physio, works as a part-time carer and loves tiktoking with her housemates.

Bongi Msomi - at only 5ft 4in, she can jump higher than any other player on court. She grew up in a Township with no trainers or kit and yet has achieved a VNSL title, played in the Australian Suncorp league and captained the South African team. @bongiwemsomie

Background:

Lucy is rolling into her 3rd season at Severn Stars and 6th season in the VNSL. She has played for England U19s and A's against Uganda.

Her speed and movement in attack, unit defence and communication through the court.

 

Off Court:

Lucy is a full-time netballer and coach for netu, loves listening to podcasts and walking their Rhodesian Ridgeback Attila.

Kate Moloney - as captain of the Melbourne Vixens, she is an exceptional player and leader. She is strong, athletic and gets an impressive number of goal assists at C, plus her partnership with Liz Watson is formidable. @katemoloney_
