Your programme will include:
- 4 week+ programmes via the True Coach app.
Bespoke to your position, strengths, weaknesses and goals.
Instructional videos for every exercise.
Weekly performance and goal reflection with Lucy or Rosie Harris (email or phone).
Fitness testing at the outset then every 4 weeks keeping you focussed on your goals and motivated by your improvments.
Our online programming offers you the opportunity to work on long-term strength and fitness goals. We operate in 4 week blocks which can be bought outright (£90) or a on a monthly rolling subscription (£80p/m). During your consultation we will tailor your programme to your goals and collaborate with out throughout your programming via phone calls and emails.
Once you have recieved your confirmation email, we will be sending you a True Coach link so you can access your programme via the app. You can activate your account by clicking on this link.
If it is a gift, please contact us via any channel on our contact page or just respond to your confirmation email and we can assign the programme to the person you are gifting it to when they recieve your gift.
If you are not happy with your programme, please contact us at email@example.com and we will do our best to get you going on a programme that suits you!
If you are still dissatisfied with the programme we will be able to offer you a full refund after the first week. We will only be able to offer this refund 48 hours after the end of your first week.
Once you have passed this deadline, we will no longer be able to offer you a refund for that 4 week block, but will be happy to work with you to get your programme more suited to you.
