Disclaimer & T&Cs

If you would like purchase and/or book a training session or programme you must accept liability under the following T&Cs:


  • Please consult a doctor or healthcare professional to determine your readiness for exercise and the best course of health treatment or fitness plan for you.

  • Clients exercise at their own risk if they have not contacted a healthcare professional prior to the session and advised netu of any medical conditions that could impact the risk of the session.

  • Clients must accept a reasonable amount of responsibility associated with netball as a contested sport on a hard floor with free standing equipment near by and flying objects being a potential hazard.

  • Clients must confirm they accept the terms of a waiver (below) prior to the commencement of any training and this will apply to all training proceeding this confirmation, inclusive of products purchased separately after their first session.

  • All advice, opinions, blogs and instructions written by contributors are their own.

  • netu takes responsibility solely for advice posted by Lucy, Rosie or Molly Harris.

Liability Waiver Please Read To The End:

The Client hereby stipulates that he/she is physically sound and the he/she has sought approval from a qualified health professional, such as a GP if required, to proceed with a routine of exercise.

Limitations of exercise, if any: it is further expressly agreed that all strength training, cardiovascular exercise, netball training or any other exercise shall be undertaken by me at my sole risk and that Lucy Harris/Rosie Harris/Molly Harris/NETU Fitness or any of their employees/contractors shall not be liable to me for claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions or causes of action, whatsoever, to my person or property arising out of or connected with the use by me of the services provided and of the premises where the same is located.

I do hereby expressly forever release and discharge Lucy Harris/Rosie Harris/Molly Harris/NETU Fitness and her employees/contractors from all such claims, demands, injuries, damages, actions or causes of action, from all acts of passive negligence on the part of Lucy Harris/Rosie Harris/Molly Harris/NETU Fitness or their employees/contractors.

I further expressly agree that I will not use equipment improperly.

If I have any questions whatsoever, concerning exercise and use of equipment, I agree that I will request instruction from Lucy Harris/Rosie Harris/Molly Harris/NETU Fitness or their employees/contractors.

Covid-19: I do hereby expressly forever release and discharge Lucy Harris/Rosie Harris/Molly Harris/NETU Fitness and their employees/contractors from any claims related to the contraction of the Covid-19 virus within the premises of NETU Fitness, their selected venues, or surrounding area. Should I contract Covid-19, I will inform Lucy Harris/Rosie Harris/Molly Harris/NETU Fitness as soon as possible, I will not return to NETU Fitness sessions until I am confirmed as clear of the virus and will isolate as per government guidelines. If I have symptoms of Covid-19 I will isolate and will not return for the duration of isolation as directed by government guidelines.


BOOKING YOUR SESSION OR DOWNLOADING YOUR PROGRAMME AUTOMATICALLY MEANS YOU HAVE ACCEPTED THESE TERMS (due to the fact they appear on the app download email and booking email to confirm your session details and you are requested to confirm you accept these terms when downloading your app and booking).
